LANDSCAPE MASTERPLAN OR LONG TERM DEVELOPMENT PLAN
The Masterplan is a medium to control a project over an extended period. It can also be used for marketing purposes. The master or long term development plan will contain the following information:

Traffic and pedestrian circulation
Siting of future buildings,
Schematic plant use
Active and passive recreation, conservation areas and other functional and non-functional uses.

LANDSCAPE SITE DEVELOPMENT PLANS LSDP/SDP FOR COUNCIL APPROVAL
Landscape Site Development Plans LSDP/SDP for council approval
Designing and drafting a Landscape Site Development Plan to meet the council’s requirements
Letter of undertaking for supervising the landscape installation process to meet the council’s requirements
Regulating and supervising the landscape installation process to ensure that the landscape is implemented in line with the approved Landscape Site Development Plan.

LANDSCAPE GUIDELINE DOCUMENT
A landscape guideline document is used to establish an identity and ‘sense of place’ for golf estates, residential estates, streetscapes or urban developments. This document will specify the range of hard surface materials, plant materials, street furniture and other landscape elements that should be used to establish visual and aesthetic continuity in the exterior spaces of the development.

The garden design service will be tailored to your needs and budget and will include the following information:
